We use the information we collect to:

• Generate and deliver your AEO audit report via email.
• Send you occasional non-transactional emails, including AEO insights, product updates, tips, and marketing communications related to LumenAEO and answer engine optimization.
• Improve and develop our service.

By checking the consent box on our audit form, you explicitly agree to receive:

• Transactional emails — your audit report and any service-related communications.
• Marketing emails — occasional insights on AEO best practices, product announcements, newsletters, and promotional content from LumenAEO.

You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in every email we send. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect the delivery of your audit report.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We use Resend for email delivery and Vercel for hosting. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications. If you unsubscribe, we will remove your email from our marketing list. Audit data (URLs and results) may be retained in anonymized form for analytics purposes.
